Chapman was an operating partner at Pharos Capital, a private equity group located in Nashville, Tennessee, with over $1.1 billion in assets under management. Chapman was previously President and CEO of Verdi Oncology, a medical oncology company dedicated to value-based cancer care, which he founded in 2016.
